Gretchen is dedicated to supporting individuals and couples as they invest in themselves and their relationships. She believes that everyone is worthy and deserving of a great quality of life. Her focus is on helping clients achieve their best selves and regain balance during challenging times.


She understands that exploring new ways of thinking and feeling can be overwhelming, and believes that working with a therapist can help guide individuals through a safe and constructive process. Gretchen has worked with adults and couples facing a wide range of challenges.


She has extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood and thought disorders, and dual diagnoses. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Her areas of specialty include addiction, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, military and veteran support, PTSD, intimate and romantic relationships, stress, and trauma.

Gretchen has worked in healthcare, law enforcement, corrections and is a U.S. Marine veteran.

She specializes in trauma, family and relationship issues, stress management, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adolescents  and personal growth and has a passion for he

 

Audrey is a Licensed Social Worker with several years of experience supporting individuals, families, and groups across clinical, educational, and community settings. She specializes in trauma, family and relationship issues, stress management, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adolescents  and personal growth and has a passion for helping clients build resilience and reach their goals.


Audrey’s therapeutic approach is strengths-based and client-centered, trauma informed, rooted in empathy, cultural competence, and empowerment. She is skilled in evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, and is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment for healing and growth. 


Her background includes work with children on the autism spectrum, school-based advocacy, and inpatient behavioral health care. A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Audrey brings a strong sense of service, advocacy, and social justice to her practice.

 Ashley is an LCDC II with over 12 years of experience in corrections and AOD treatment, bringing both clinical expertise and real-world insight to her work. With a background in Criminal Justice and certifications in CBT, trauma-informed care, and the Therapeutic Community model, Ashley uses evidence-based treatment modalities to support lasting recovery.


Her experience inside the criminal justice system shaped a holistic approach that looks beyond substance use—focusing on trauma, environment, and the challenges of reentry. 


Ashley is especially passionate about working with individuals who are not only in recovery, but stepping up to support others.
